To book a space
Please complete the form below. A member of our team will then be in touch to discuss your booking and help ensure the space meets your needs wherever possible.
Whole centre hire and commercial sales events: Prices available on request.
Concessionary rates: Available for individuals receiving benefits, and for some charitable groups, churches and schools.

Spaces are reserved in the order we receive completed forms. The more information you give, the faster we can confirm your booking. Missing information may slow down the booking process.
Deposits
- Small-scale events: £30 per booking, payable via BACS.
- Long-term or large-scale events: 50% of the total agreed price at the time of booking.
- Parties or events with more than 20 people: £100 deposit as surety against damage, breakages, or extra cleaning. Deposit refunded if not required.
- 16–21-year-old birthday parties: £200 deposit required. These parties are only accepted with agreement from the Chair of Trustees and Senior Administrator. Deposit refunded if not required.
